Description
It’s your choice to get whole beans or pre-ground according to your needs. Since coffee is medium roasted, Thenob recommends to use for Espresso, Phin, Moka Pot, Staresso or ColdBrew.
Preliminary processing and roastery
Before being roasted, green coffee beans have been selected from the unqualified seeds (defects) such as wormed, broken, chipped, elephant ear beans. After that, they will be roasted with a modern roasting machine to ensure the coffee beans are roasted evenly and as the desired quality.
Coffee quality (fragrance and taste)
Arabica coffee is produced from Min mountain – Da Lat, Lam Dong, one of the most famous coffee growing places in Vietnam, with many suitable conditions of temperature, altitude, .. for coffee growth. well developed. Therefore, the roasted coffee beans after brewing have a strong fragrant. The body is quite firm, with the aroma of Caramel. Coffee taste is bitter, slightly sour and has a good aftertaste.
