Arabica with new dark roast level
The strength of Arabica coffee beans compared to Robusta beans is that the aroma is more prominent, the coffee taste is not too strong and the amount of caffeine is also lower. However, the sour taste of Arabica coffee may not be suitable for coffee lovers who prefer the traditional bitter taste of Vietnamese Robusta beans.
Min mountain Arabica coffee has an additional dark roast version with significantly reduced sourness, more prominent bitterness and bold flavor. In addition, the typical aroma of Arabica is still retained. Very suitable for those who are familiar to the traditional flavor of Phin.
Preliminary processing and roasting
Before being roasted, green coffee beans have been selected from the unqualified seeds such as wormed, broken, chipped,… After that they will be roasted by modern roasting machine to ensure the coffee beans are roasted evenly and of the desired quality.
Coffee quality (flavor and taste)
TheNob Arabica coffee is imported from Min mountain – Da Lat, Lam Dong, one of the most famous coffee growing places in Vietnam, with many suitable conditions in terms of temperature, altitude,… for coffee trees to grow and well developed. Therefore, the roasted coffee beans after brewing are very fragrant, the body is quite firm, with the aroma of Caramel. The coffee taste is more bitter and bold, as well as low acidity.
