Staresso Mirage (Pro) requires no more than a few manual pumping to produce a pressure twice as high compared to the electric ones, perfect to make espresso, iced coffee, cold brew using pods or grounds, just the way you like it, wherever you are.

Staresso Mirage’s innovation system set the pressure as 20~22 bars, much higher than electric espresso machines, to reduce the influence by lower water temperature. So that you can even brew an espresso with icy water or cold drinks !!!

4 steps to make coffee with Staresso Mini

Step 1: When you turn the pump button, the pump head will appear and the setup is complete!

Step 2: Add 18-20g of coffee powder into the filter and press tightly with a spoon or tamper.

Step 3: Pour 50-80 ml of hot water (from 85°C)

Step 4: Assemble the remaining parts and start pumping. Immediately, you have a great cup!

Important note

• Be sure to have the pump lid and bottom cap of the water champer tight enough when using (otherwise, STARESSO won’t work properly).
• Clean and dry all components before storing.
• The water chamber is only for clean liquid; nothing else (no coffee grounds) should go in the chamber, to prevent the injection hole from being blocked. (If this does happen, disassemble the upper section, fill the water chamber with water, and dip the pump in, pushing rapidly to clean the pump)
• In general, please keep the pressure valve at the Max pressure position when making coffee.
• The two brackets can be folded or stored. Please do press the folding button before folding.
