Description
This year, Timemore has introduced a new grinder model called the Timemore C5, promising to become one of the best grinders in the sub-$80 segment. Marking a significant step forward in the C-series lineup, the Timemore C5 is an upgraded version of the C3, featuring a larger 42mm burr. In addition, the optimized burr design delivers improved grinding performance with better consistency and uniformity, making it an ideal grinder for all manual brewing methods.

Compact Design with Solid Metal Construction
With dimensions of only 159 × 53 × 163.5 mm and a 53 mm diameter, the Timemore C5 retains the compact design of the C Series, making it easy to hold and portable for travel. The body is made from solid metal with a finely textured pattern that not only enhances its premium look but also improves grip. The internal frame is also entirely metal, increasing alignment precision, minimizing wobbling, and ensuring consistent grind quality.

The grinder features an “XL Funnel” design with a wider opening, allowing coffee beans to be loaded more easily while reducing spillage. The grounds container has a generous 25g capacity, suitable for various brewing methods. A silicone anti-slip base is included to prevent tipping or slipping during use.

Upgraded Grind Adjustment Dial with High Precision
The Timemore C5 offers a total of 48 adjustment clicks—four times more than the C3. Each click corresponds to 35 microns, providing a wide adjustment range that makes it easy to dial in the perfect grind size for different manual brewing methods.
The adjustment knob is designed to be precise and durable, with clearer tactile and audible clicks for a more intuitive and accurate user experience.

Latest and Best C-Series Burr Design
The Timemore C5 upgrades from the C3’s 38mm burr to a completely new 42mm burr set. The number of burr blades has also increased from 6 to 7. This enhancement not only makes grinding smoother and faster but also improves grind consistency, resulting in clearer flavor and better coffee extraction.

What’s Included in the Timemore C5 Manual Coffee Grinder Set
• Grinder body with grounds container
• Crank handle with a sturdy plastic knob
• User manual and warranty card
• Cleaning brush
• Premium packaging box with protective foam insert
How to Adjust Grind Size on the Timemore C5
The grind size adjustment mechanism is located at the bottom of the upper section of the grinder and uses a click-based system for precise control.
Steps to adjust:
• Remove the grounds container, turn the grinder upside down, and rotate the adjustment knob clockwise toward the fine setting until it cannot turn further. This is considered the “zero click” position.
• Then slowly rotate the knob back toward the coarse direction. Each step produces a light “click.” Count the clicks to achieve your desired grind size.
Recommended Grind Settings
• Espresso: 0.5 – 1.2 turns
• Vietnamese Phin | Moka Pot: 1.2 – 1.5 turns
• Pour Over: 1.5 – 2.0 turns
• French Press: 2.0 – 2.4 turns
