Moka Bialetti kettle models like Express, Brikka are made of aluminum, which means you can’t use the kettle on an induction hob. Induction Adapter Plate is a solution for families those only use the induction cooker in their kitchen but can still make Moka coffee easily.
The Adapter Plate is made of stainless steel with high thickness, solid design and avoiding soot. The plate has a small diameter (13cm), fits its pair brew kettle Bialetti. You can also use the plate to heat small cooking utensils.
