Description
Timemore Slim Plus is an upgraded version of the Timemore Slim with the development of E&B Stainless Steel Conical Burr. The sharp burr with 5-axis CNC cutting featured with a spike to cut which can achieve secondary cutting and improve grinding efficiency. The newly developed burr is compatible with both Espresso and Pour-over. It will not add heat during grinding and will not damage the original flavor of coffee, a good choice for coffee lovers.
Similar to Timemore Slim, Timemore Slim Plus has an aluminum alloy body, with a diamond pattern design. the grinder holds lightweight and is easy to grip. Besides, the grinder grinds smoothly which can release your hand. Slim Plus manual coffee grinder is truely slim in size compared with other types of grinders. 45mm in diameter, you can control the grinder easily. The max capacity is around 20g and can satisfy your daily needs.
The Slim Plus, like all Timemore grinders, has a stepped grind adjustment system. The grind size is set by turning a dial on the bottom of the center burr. The dial, which is on a wheel attached to the axle, pushes the center burr closer to the outer burr when turned clockwise (creating a finer grind), and pulls the burr away from the outer burr when turned counterclockwise (creating a coarser grind). The system is easy to learn, especially since each “step” is accompanied by an audible click. The Slim Plus offers a full grind range, with espresso starting around 7 clicks from zero and pour over starting at around 15. See the manual for recommendations.
