Timemore Mirror 2 is suitable for whom like to research, share information or using for coffee coaching, especially applicable to V60 filter paper brewing method (Drip/ Pour Over).
Timemore Mirror 2 shows the necessary parameters to help you better control your brewing process such as:
+ Pouring speed (g/s)
+ Total amount of water that has been poured into the filter funnel
+ The total amount of water that has been poured into the coffee pot below
+ Brewing time
Another extremely smart feature of Timemore Mirror 2 is that it connects to the Timemore app on the phone via Bluetooth. With this app, you can share your brewing profile with the worldwide community of Timemore Mirror 2 users: Simulated with an easy-to-understand visual graph.
In addition, you can also simulate the brewing profiles of other baristas shared on the app. For example, you can recreate the flavors that other baristas can do without having to directly see how they brew. All parameters are shown in detail: Brewing time, amount of water, pouring speed, even the coffee grind size if they update on the app (Timemore C2, Chestnut X or any coffee grinders), also the funnel, filter paper or the type of water they use.
The Timemore Mirror 2 is beautiful and functional, combined with the holder for the funnel, making the dispensing space more artistic. All operations are controlled by highly sensitive touch, completely without physical buttons. The scale uses a type C charging port, the 2300 mA battery uses continuously for 12 hours.
