Confidentiality of customer information

Customers do not need to create an account on the website when placing an order, to place an order on the website, they need to provide information such as:

Customer name: For communication and writing invoice
Phone number: To contact confirmation order
Email: To deliver confirmation and thank you letters to customers
Address: To deliver order to exact delivery location
Orders: For inspection, Packing and delivering to customers

The Nob Coffee promises not to use customer information for  other purposes and absolutely not share information with third parties.

Purchasing process

We are applying 3 main transaction forms:

  • Buy at showroom
  • Buy online via website and Facebook page
  • Buy through the crazy marketplace from: Shoppee and Tiki

Buy at the Showroom

This is the simplest transaction. Customers come to the place to choose products. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. This is the most recommended form.

The customer receives the goods, pays the order value and shipping fees, and collects it on behalf of the courier.

The Nob Coffee offers free nationwide delivery for orders over 3,000,000 VND. For orders under VND 3,000,000, delivery time and shipping fee are as follows:

Warranty Policy

Depending on the different products, there will be different warranty policies.

Warranty case

Products within the warranty period (printed on the warranty stamp)

Products still have stamps, purchase invoices and warranty cards

The product to the user was damaged in transit

Cases not covered by warranty

The product is damaged by the user (wrong power source, damaged by moisture, damaged due to incorrect use of instructions)

Products beyond the warranty period

Warranty stamp is not intact

Products not covered by the warranty (such as cups, filters)
